About AHD

Amy Howard Dressage offers full-service training, active showing and custom sales focused on the holistic development of both horse and rider. Located at Crosswinds Farm, a private dressage training facility and full-care oasis in beautiful Hunterdon County, Amy Howard’s program helps each horse and its rider, owner or sponsor achieve their own personal goals. To train with Amy is to be taken on her journey towards excellence where the commitment on continued education is foremost in her hands-on, one-on-one style.

The AHD team is unique.  In addition to Amy Howard, Students also gain insight from Marcel Timmermans, a European dressage training and sales specialist, who works with Amy’s students, buyers and sponsors to facilitated buying trips to purchase horses throughout Europe.

This leadership team of experienced trainers, riders and competitors provides a diversity of insight for AHD students rarely found in one program.  This allows Amy's riders to constantly achieve new levels of success, and her owners and sponsors to see their horses developing, competing and winning.
